Apply To Be a 2018 Bezos Scholar!

We're excited to welcome public high school juniors and supporting educators to apply to participate in a powerful, year-long leadership development opportunity.

Each year we select 12 teams of high school juniors and an educator from their school, from across the United States, to become Bezos Scholars. Successful student applicants demonstrate academic rigor, curiosity, and leadership.

The Bezos Scholars Program kicks off with an all-expenses-paid scholarship to the Aspen Ideas Festival in Aspen, Colorado from June 23 – 29, 2018 for selected students and their educators. The week in Aspen is power-packed with seminars and Scholar-exclusive conversations with global leaders, social entrepreneurs, scientists, national media correspondents, poets, movement artists, and more. Scholars participate in an intensive leadership curriculum to prepare for the challenge of creating sustainable community change projects that transform their schools and communities.

Applications are due February 9, 2018.
