Ashley Fisher

The fourth of six children from Washington state, Ashley grew up enjoying the Puget Sound with her family. After meeting her husband while he was serving on an aircraft carrier for the US Navy, they settled in Canandaigua, where they are raising two young children. During school hours, Ashley serves as the Counseling Center Secretary and Student Government Advisor, supporting students in academics, finding their voice, and building leadership skills. In her community, Ashley serves on the adult board of the NYSCLSA, volunteers with Unified Sports teams, and takes pride in her role as Vice President of her union. As a Bezos Scholar, Ashley is eager to support her students’ growth and connect with other changemakers to bring back ideas to their community.
